Beware of your Gas Barbecues going up in Smoke

The Minister for Corrections and Consumer Protection, Lisa Singh, has called for extra care now that the barbecue season is upon us.
Ms Singh’s warning arises from recent incidents where barbecues have caught fire when gas escaped from fittings ignited.
A common cause of these incidents is the break down of a rubber seal.
