IMG_0353 Explore… number 85… so far… thanks all..
Look what Rastus has found… AWESOME.. I was just standing at the front of the cruise boat, camera in hand, as you do, and these pair put on this display.. absolutely magic… I could become a wildlife photographer if they always performed like this…
The pod of dolphins was huge… hundreds, all round the boat, and a lot of juveniles so it was obviously a nursery as well… everywhere you looked around the boat dolphins were surfacing… not quit like this pair though…
This was an awesome experience.. I feel extremely privileged to have witnessed this.. I can not convey in these words how excited we were, running around the boat and taking these shots….. almost as excited as Rustas.. the boat’s cheif dolphin and whale spotter…
Sea cruise from Coles Bay, on the Freycinet Peninsula, on the East Coast of Tasmania… A lovely rugged coastline (except for those glorious beaches like Wineglass Bay..)
